From Cottbus train station to the center
Leave the train station at the main exit
(direction of track 1). There you find taxis and
a street car stop. Take the street car number 1
(direction Schmellwitz Anger) and get off at "Stadthalle"
(about 5-10 minutes). This stop is a few meters away from the
"Holiday Inn Express" and the university. Walking from the train station
to the "Holiday Inn Express" takes about 15 minutes. Go over the large
bridge over the tracks and just follow the street
("Bahnhofstr./Karl-Marx-Str.").
The first higher building on the right is the "Holiday Inn Express".
(The "Holiday Inn" is in the same building complex.)
Or follow the street 150 m further and go into the Lessing Str./
Lieberoser Str. to the left to get to the LG 10
(conference office on sunday). You find the LG 10 also on the map
of the university, entrance: from AT 5.
